During the 2024 British Outstanding Young Talents Association Changzhou Tour on March 28, a significant partnership was formed among China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park (CICP), Changzhou Science and Education Town, and the Outstanding Young Scholars Society UK. In a milestone moment, the trio signed a tripartite cooperation agreement to establish a UK workstation for investment promotion and talent attraction.
Changzhou, renowned for its integration of talent and innovation, consistently positions itself at the forefront of high-quality development. Embracing innovation as its primary engine of progress, the city provides an expansive platform for burgeoning young talents to unleash their potential. The signing ceremony marks the beginning of extensive collaboration, encompassing talent attraction, project resource introduction, and event hosting.
During the event, the Outstanding Young Scholars Society UK showcased nine talent projects through engaging roadshows.
In recent years, Changzhou has rapidly advanced its status as a youth-friendly city, enhancing its reputation as one of the best destinations for national youth innovation and entrepreneurship. The city’s annual talent recruitment has surpassed 100,000 for three consecutive years, with a steady rise in the talent attraction index from 26th to 22nd nationwide.
