Nearly 300 participants from over ten countries, including China, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Finland, took part in the 18th Jiangsu International Forum for School Principals held on November 16 and 17.

The forum facilitated the establishment of 40 pairs of sister-school relationships, as primary and secondary schools from China and abroad explored collaborative opportunities.

In Changzhou, 15 schools have forged sister-school ties with overseas counterparts this year. According to Hua Zefeng, deputy director of the city's Education Bureau, Changzhou’s schools maintain regular and long-term exchanges with nearly 200 overseas schools.

Over the past five years, Jiangsu has hosted 190,000 students from 182 countries and regions. The proportion of students pursuing academic degrees has increased from 61% to 92% of the total. Jiangsu boasts 202 joint venture educational institutions and programs, including 24 initiatives at the undergraduate level or above, leading in China.

As per the Foreign Affairs Office of Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, the province has established 430 pairs of friendly exchange relationships in 66 countries, and over 2,000 sister-school relationships. These educational exchanges encompass student visits, talent training, and research collaboration.
